Since 2016 we have been developing an educational initiative with the Pyongyang College of Tourism in the DPRK (North Korea).
This college of higher education prepares young North Korean students for a career as tour guides for foreign visitors. The students follow a five-year course that includes English and Chinese classes, as well as courses in Tourism Management and Tourism Administration.
In the summer of 2016 Ronny became the first ever foreign lecturer at this college, and since then he has been working on expanding the English teaching program and on preparing to invite more teachers of English and Chinese to join him in this initiative. |
