PACKAGE C (2) - Diagnostic marking and feedback
for prospective students

MIH Global Education Limited provides the SSST coordinator or the parents with the chance to test whether students who express an interest in the Language A SSST program have the required level of proficiency in the chosen language.  This is a one-off assessment graded by experienced mother tongue literature teachers who will also provide detailed feedback. 
On the basis of this assessment MIH Global Education Limited will make a recommendation whilst the school or the parents will make the ultimate decision on the suitability of the Language A SSST course for student(s) concerned.

Package C (2) is geared towards SSST schools that 

• need to assess a student's level of proficiency in their mother tongue before deciding on the suitability of the SSST course
• are considering introducing the SSST course and that want to get internal data about the students' preparedness for this course
• set placement and/or entrance tests for their students

Package C (2) supports the SSST school/student with

• the setting and assessing of a practice Paper 1 exercise (open response) in the student's mother tongue
• the assessing of an audio recording produced by the prospective student in their mother tongue
  
• the provision of detailed qualitative feedback on the student's suitability for the SSST program 
  • performance against the assessment criteria
  • areas of strength
  • areas of weakness
  • general recommendation
